Overview

We have an exciting opportunity at our fantastic school site in Stroud GL6, for a Catering Assistant to join the team at Accent on a zero hour contract. We’re looking for someone to support on a casual basis during term-time, primarily to assist with events, Saturday daytime sports fixtures, and to provide cover for staff sickness when needed.

• maintaining high standards of presentation of food and replenishing counters keeping them looking attractive throughout the service time
• speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
• undertaking all basic training and work effectively with colleagues as part of a team
• This is a customer facing position so you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
