Advance Housing & Support is seeking a Casual Support Worker in Cambourne, Cornwall to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health conditions. No fixed hours; zero contracted hours with weekend work; mileage paid.

You will need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. The role includes care, records, and safeguarding responsibilities, with training and development on offer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with people.
• Able to complete quality support records.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with meals preparation and cooking.
• Attend medical appointments with customers.
• Support social activities and independent skills.
• Assist with domestic duties and laundry.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans.
