Casual Care Assistant role across Hampshire care homes offers flexible shifts to suit your availability while making a positive difference to residents.
You’ll support daily living, provide person-centred care, help residents stay independent, and build relationships with families and colleagues. Experience in social care isn’t essential; the right values and empathy matter, with training and support provided.
Looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety and the chance to make a real difference? We\'re looking for Care Assistants to join our pool of Casual Workers, supporting residential care homes across Hampshire.
Working through Connect2Hampshire, Hampshire County Council\'s managed temporary staffing provider, you\'ll have the flexibility to choose when you\'re available to work, while becoming a valued part of the teams you support.
Whether you\'re looking to fit work around other commitments, supplement your income, or enjoy a better work-life balance, this role offers the opportunity to use your catering skills in a rewarding environment.
Experience working in social care isn\'t essential to join us as a Care Assistant - you might be a school or college leaver looking to take your first step in a career in social care, considering a career change, or returning to work after a break. What\'s more important to us is that you have the right values, skills and motivations to provide high quality care.
This position is offered through Connect2Hampshire, Hampshire County Council\'s managed service provider for temporary staffing. Successful applicants will be employed by Connect2Hampshire and assigned to work within Hampshire County Council residential care homes on a casual basis.
Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore it is essential that you already have the right to work in the UK before applying.
