Job summary

Job description

Hampshire County Council's older adults' homes need care assistants to support residents with daily and nightly living, from personal care to keeping them safe and comfortable. The work is person-centred: care is planned around each resident's own needs, and residents are encouraged to make their own choices and keep their independence.
