Job description

Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented casual bartenders looking to join our legendary team.

POSITION PURPOSE

Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. This position is available as a casual as and when required basis.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and host guest experience.

  • Actively interact with guests using alcohol and cocktail knowledge to provide recommendations.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.

  • Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.

Candidate requirements
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
  • Secondary school education required, additional hospitality or bar training preferred.
  • Cocktail-making experience preferred.
  • Experience within a similar luxury environment essential.
  • Personal License preferred.
