Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Casual Bartender ‘Hospitality Heroes’ based at our Parkgate Hotel, part of the ‘Manor to Marina’ opportunities.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service
• Knowledge of working in a beverage-led environment
• Proficiency in written and verbal English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintaining a customer-focused culture aligned with the Resort Ambition and business goals
• Building positive relationships within the team and with other departments
• Adhering to health, safety, hygiene policies, and resort procedures
• Understanding and contributing to monthly budgets and performance controls
