Responsibilities:

1. Serve customers efficiently, professionally, and courteously at all times.
2. Provide the highest standard of customer service.
3. Advise guests on available products within the venue.
4. Create a happy and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and public areas, adhering to Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.
6. Manage stock levels and rotation to prevent waste and assist with stocktaking.
7. Ensure the bar is stocked with glassware, ice, lemons, and other essentials.
8. Follow all licensing policies and procedures.
9. Process orders through the prescribed procedure.
10. Handle cash, stock, and equipment securely.
11. Assist customers with information.
12. Record wastage and dispose of rubbish according to recycling initiatives.
13. Follow company policies and procedures.
14. Perform other duties as required.
