Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a lively sporting environment? We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly team members to join our Catering team at large-scale sporting events.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers efficiently, professionally, and courteously at all times.
• Ensure guests receive top-quality customer service.
• Advise guests on available products within the venue.
• Promote a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and public areas, adhering to Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Manage stock levels and rotation behind bars and storage areas, assist with stocktaking to prevent waste.
• Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, lemons, and other essentials as per business needs.
• Follow all licensing policies and procedures.
• Process orders using prescribed procedures and handle cash, stock, and equipment securely.
• Provide information to customers and record wastage according to venue procedures.
• Assist with recycling initiatives and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.
