Shifts are planned to fit personal calendars, with potential extra shifts at other Gloucester cultural sites. A right to work for at least six months is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Casual bar staff join the pool at Gloucester Guildhall, a venue run by Gloucester City Council across music, theatre, cinema and weddings. The work is serving drinks, including alcohol, to customers during events, taking orders quickly and handling cash. Shift work suits a busy year-round programme, with possible extra shifts at the Museum of Gloucester and Shopmobility.
