Position Summary:

• Prepare for your shift by passing information between duty doormen and checking with the Concierge.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and managers.
• Perform reasonable requests from management.
• Handle guest issues professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up using the LEARN and Service Excellence processes. Track complaints via the Guest Response program.
• Understand hotel fire and safety procedures.
• Work flexibly as required.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards and wear the uniform properly.
• Keep the courtyard and entrances immaculate.
• Stay informed on all hotel services and functions.
• Greet arriving guests, open doors, assist with luggage, and bid farewell to departing guests.
• On request, call taxis from the rank or street, without prior driver arrangements.
• Remain at your post at the Front Doors/Front Gate at all times.
