Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Weights and Measures Act and Licensing Law is required.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Casual Banqueting Bartender to join our team.

About the role:

The Banqueting Casual Bartender will prepare and mix drinks at the Rotunda bar, serve food and beverages in line with department standards, and provide excellent customer service at the bar and restaurant. You will work in accordance with the Weights and Measures Act and Licensing Law. In conjunction with the Banquet Operations Managers, you will assist and oversee the smooth running of events bar, ensuring standards and procedures are met.
