About the Role

Deliver engaging Group Fitness classes, instructing customers in a safe and effective manner within a positive and friendly atmosphere. Classes will be delivered in a group setting with diverse users. Provide excellent customer service, maintain professional standards, and ensure the safety of all participants.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current nationally recognized Level 2 fitness qualification, e.g., Exercise to Music
  • For aquatic fitness sessions, hold a current National rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches or a National Pool lifeguard qualification
  • Current qualification for specific classes taught
  • Ability to deliver safe, well-structured, and progressive classes
  • Ability to screen customers and make participation decisions following safety policies
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups in both formal and informal settings
