Job description

Barnsley FC is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to support the medical needs of our U9–U16 Academy players. Based at Oakwell Stadium, this flexible role involves providing pitch-side cover, injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in a dynamic academy environment.

Working closely with the Academy’s full-time medical staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care, contributing to a multi-disciplinary team, and supporting the development of young athletes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner looking to gain experience in elite youth football.

Hours & days each week will vary dependent on Academy schedules and there will be flexibility required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
