Qualifications

• Must hold UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award.
• Previous experience in Academy football is essential.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for exceptional coaches to join the academy on a part-time basis across the FP and YDP programmes. The successful candidates will be responsible for working within the Academy to develop players for the 1st team while nurturing well-rounded young people.

Successful applicants will be required to plan, deliver, review, and record coaching sessions that align with the coaching programme and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to create a positive environment for players to thrive. You will also oversee all aspects of the games programme for your assigned squad, including attending training sessions and participating in weekend and midweek matches.
