Job summary

Outwood Academy Easingwold is seeking a One to One Tutor to support English students at Key Stage 3 and GCSE. The role operates within a strong department led by an experienced Head of Department, focusing on identifying gaps and delivering targeted interventions.

No full teaching qualification is required, making it suitable for graduates or those exploring teaching as a career. You will join a committed team in a school with outstanding Ofsted ratings and a clear emphasis on quality first

• Experience supporting students and delivering targeted learning support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intervention programmes to individuals within the English department.
• Prepare and adapt learning materials and resources to close gaps in knowledge.
• Report pupil progress and liaise with Head of Department and teachers for feedback.
• Support exam revision sessions and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
