About the Role

You will be instrumental in developing a high-priority service, adding value, and embedding quality within our culture. Your technical expertise will support audit teams and drive improvements in audit quality, especially concerning CASS, safeguarding, and regulatory assurance engagements.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in audit and/or audit quality control
• Knowledge of CASS and safeguarding audits, with a sound understanding of CASS rules
• Understanding of FCA regulation across financial sectors
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate large amounts of information and ensure high standards
• Motivated and passionate about audit quality and improvement
• Flexible team player and self-starter

Preferred Skills

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
• Experience in a technical role within professional services
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts
• Creative thinking for audit quality enhancements
• Collaborative approach and strong IT skills (MS Office suite)
