Job summary

Plum Fintech in London is hiring a CASS Operations & Reconciliations Lead to scale our client money and custody reconciliation function across the UK and EU. You will own reconciliation frameworks, ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team that supports growth.

You will partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance and Risk to automate processes, improve data quality and reduce manual work, empowering the business to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in CASS, client money, custody operations.
• Proven ability to lead reconciliation teams.
• Understanding of investment products and client asset safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reconciliation frameworks across client money, custody assets and investment products.
• Oversee daily reconciliations, ensuring breaks are investigated, resolved and properly documented.
• Establish scalable processes and controls to support new products and business growth.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate reconciliations, improve data quality and reduce manual processes.
• Ensure reconciliation processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
