Job summary

Whyte & Mackay in Invergordon Distillery is recruiting Cask Handling Operators to join our team on-site. This full-time/permanent role runs Mon-Thu 08:00–16:30 and Fri 08:00–14:00, totaling 38 hours per week.

The successful candidates will work under the Senior Cask Handling Operator to ensure standards are met. You will load/unload trailers and containers, move and handle casks around site, and support Cooperage and Filling Store operations.

Qualifications

• Cask Handling Operator will support cask handling activities to high standards.
• Maintain H&S standards at all times.
• Load/unload trailers, TLVs, DDVs and shipping containers.
• Assist Cooperage and Filling Store operations as required.

Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading of trailers.
• Loading and unloading of TLV’s, DDV’s and shipping containers.
• Cask movements around site.
• Cask Handling.
• Support of Cooperage and Filling Store operations as required.
• Responsible in supporting the Filling Store Co-ordinator with any documentation tasks as required
