Our friendly Retail team is looking for a new team member! If you enjoy working in a customer-focused environment and are driven by providing excellent customer service within a diverse team, then this is the role for you.

Ria is a leading money transfer company that provides fast and secure international transfers of funds for businesses and individuals. Our Retail team is committed to providing trustworthy, easy, and pleasant experiences for our customers.

You will join a friendly team where you will contribute to the store's success. You need great communication skills to engage with our diverse customer base, displaying friendliness, a positive attitude, resolving problems, and confidently handling customer transactions in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
  • Interact face-to-face with customers to process Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions;
  • Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems;
  • Assist customers courteously with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other Ria locations;
  • Recognize problems or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to management;
  • Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies;
  • Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits;
  • Maintain daily transaction records;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.
What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends;
  • Some computer knowledge, especially MS Word and Excel;
  • Cash handling experience (highly preferred);
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • A valid work permit is required;
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills essential for teamwork and customer service excellence.
