You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute to the store's success. Great communication skills are essential when dealing with our diverse customer base, demonstrating friendliness, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and confidence in handling customers’ money in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Interact face-to-face with customers to process Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
• Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems.
• Assist customers courteously with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other locations.
• Identify problems, resolve issues, or escalate as needed.
• Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies.
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Maintain daily transaction records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues or superiors.

What We Look for in You

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Some computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A valid work permit is required.
• A positive attitude and effective communication skills to work alongside your team and provide outstanding customer service.
