Ria is a leading money transfer company that provides fast and secure international transfers of funds for businesses and individuals. Our Retail team is committed to providing the most trustworthy, easy, and pleasant experiences for our customers.

You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute towards the dynamics and success of the store. You will need to have great communication skills when dealing with our diverse customer base by displaying friendliness, a positive attitude, resolving problems, and confidence in handling our customers’ money in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On Daily Basis
  • Interact with customers face-to-face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
  • Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our services, cancellations, or other Ria locations.
  • Recognize problems or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to management.
  • Stay updated with Ria’s products, services, and policies.
  • Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
  • Prepare your daily transactions record.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by colleagues and superiors.
What We Will Look For In You
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A valid work permit is required.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills to work alongside your team and create outstanding services for customers.

For this role, candidates who speak Portuguese, Spanish, or Filipino are preferred.
