Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019. New offerings include 638 upscale guestrooms in the first-ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower, and 465 redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel, totaling 1,271 rooms. Amenities feature a lagoon with private cabanas, a spa & salon, water activities, dining outlets, bars, an expansive gaming floor, meeting spaces, retail promenade, and the Hard Rock Live entertainment venue. The incumbent performs high-volume cash and non-cash transactions for guests and internal customers accurately and courteously. Responsibilities include computing monetary transactions, maintaining transaction accuracy, and adhering to department policies to ensure operational integrity.
High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of cash handling experience in customer service. Must be flexible with scheduling.
The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans, with first preference to Seminole Tribe members, and second to other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet job requirements.
Final candidates must pass background checks, including credit, criminal, and drug screening, to obtain gaming licensure.
