Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Represent Westlake Ace Hardware positively.
  • Greet customers and thank them when leaving, using their names if possible.
  • Maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Process checkout lines efficiently.
  • Answer calls and pages promptly and courteously.
  • Report issues to management.
  • Build product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist with pricing, stocking, and bagging merchandise.
Register Operations
  • Follow all cash register procedures.
  • Balance the register drawer.

Front End Upkeep
