What you can expect:

• Manage efficient cash desk operations and merchandise presentation around the cash area while providing excellent customer service to drive sales.
• Handle transactions, complaints, and returns efficiently, and induct new team members at the cash desk.
• Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service to enhance productivity.
• Gather CRM data and ensure quality management.
• Support visual merchandising, stock management, replenishment, and stationary orders around the cash desk area.
• Utilize business systems and latest technology proficiently.

Your profile:

• Previous experience operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
