You will join a friendly team where you will contribute to the store's success. Great communication skills are essential when dealing with our diverse customer base, demonstrating friendliness, a positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in handling money in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
  • Interact face-to-face with customers to process products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other locations.
  • Identify problems or complaints and propose solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies.
  • Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits.
  • Maintain daily transaction records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.
What We Will Look For in You
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid work permit.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills, especially for working with diverse customers.

Preference for candidates who speak Spanish, Portuguese, or Filipino.
