In the dynamic role of a Cashier at our Blackpool Grosvenor Casino, your responsibilities stretch far beyond the processing of transactions. Your adept leadership at the cash desk is paramount, requiring a steadfast adherence to the company's security measures while simultaneously prioritising customer satisfaction. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure all money/credit related actions are managed with complete accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility. Tasks will also include handling casino chips, jackpots, credit applications, credit checks, and balancing the books.

Qualifications

• A history of accurate transactional work as a Cashier
• A strong understanding and familiarity with all legislation, codes, and procedures relating to the cash desk to act as a point of reference for cashier training and queries and to conduct cash desk competency interviews
• A thorough understanding of the cash desk computer systems
• Fantastic communication and social skills to ensure you excite and entertain all customers at all stages

You must also have a clear DBS record.
