NCR Atleos in Birmingham is looking for a Guard Van Driver (Cash in Transit Officer) to securely transport cash between locations, sometimes solo, sometimes with a partner. The role combines driving and courier duties to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll need a valid UK driving licence, ideally a CVIT SIA licence, and a 10-year traceable work history. The package includes £35,766.10 per year, a £1,000 joining bonus, 45 hours a week over 4 days, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• CVIT SIA licence desirable; bonus if held after probation.
• 10-year traceable work and education history.
• Criminal record and credit background check.
• Conscientious driving and adherence to Highway Code.

Responsibilities

• Drive or courier cash between locations, solo or with a partner.
• Service ATM machines with secure cash transportation.
• Complete documentation in line with targets.
• Drive and park company vehicles per Highway Code and policy.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver an efficient service.
• Communicate issues with branch management timely.
