Job summary

Anson McCade Ltd. is seeking a Cash Management Consultant to help design a future-state Operating Model for cash operations within a banking environment. The role focuses on end-to-end cash flows from branches through central operations and subsidiaries.

You'll map processes, engage senior stakeholders, and define ownership, governance, controls, and governance to drive standardisation and efficiency across the cash life cycle.

Qualifications

• Banking operations, cash management or a related consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of physical cash management and how cash flows through a banking organisation.
• Experience with bank branch networks and branch cash operations.
• Knowledge of cash-in-transit, cash reconciliation and inter-entity movements.
• Proven experience in operating model design, including current-state assessments and future-state development.

Responsibilities

• Assess cash movements across branches, central operations and subsidiaries.
• Map the end-to-end cash life cycle, including processing and reconciliations.
• Review processes, controls and hand-offs to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design the future-state operating model with defined ownership and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across branch operations, treasury and banking ops.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and reduce complexity.
