VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Cash Coordinator to join our European Credit team. Hybrid role with the flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe.

You will manage payments, cash allocations, and reconciliations in SAP, while collaborating with Treasury and Credit Controllers across the EMEA region. Excellent attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance is helpful but open to other backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in using them.
• Ability to focus on accuracy and handle large data sets with numbers.

Responsabilités

• Process payments via the internal payment management system into the SAP database.
• Carry out the correct allocation of cash, invoices and credit notes to customer accounts.
• Post payments and perform bank reconciliation in SAP.
• Work closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region.

Salary: From £25,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Let's Talk About The Role

As a Cash Coordinator, you will work within our European Credit department, helping to manage the payments process for our Wholesale/Business customers all across the EMEA Region.

You’ll get to use your transferable skills to work in a supportive, team-based setting by performing the following kinds of activities...

• Processing all payments via the internal payment management system into SAP database
• Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices, and credit notes to our customers' account
• Posting payments and bank reconciliation in SAP
• Working closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region
