Job summary

VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, is looking for a Cash Coordinator to join our European Credit team. You will manage payments and allocations in SAP for wholesale customers across the EMEA region, with a hybrid working pattern and a UK base.

This role requires strong communication, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to liaise with Treasury and Accountants. The position offers flexible working, including travel up to 15 days per year within Europe.

Salary: From £25,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid working, with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

Let’s Talk About The Role

As a Cash Coordinator, you will work within our European Credit department, helping to manage the payments process for our Wholesale/Business customers all across the EMEA Region.

How You Will Make a Difference

You’ll get to use your transferable skills to work in a supportive, team-based setting by performing the following kinds of activities...

• Processing all payments via the internal payment management system into SAP database
• Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices, and credit notes to our customers' account
• Posting payments and bank reconciliation in SAP
• Working closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region

• You are computer literate, and MS Excel will be really useful if you know your way around it already
• Experience in finance could be a great basis but we are open to other backgrounds and experience
