Job summary

VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire is seeking a Cash Coordinator to join our European Credit department. You will manage payments for Wholesale/Business customers across the EMEA region and work closely with Treasury, Credit Controllers and Accountants to ensure accurate cash allocation and posting in SAP.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, problem solving, and teamwork, with Excel proficiency and a finance background as a strong basis.

Responsibilities

• Processing all payments via the internal payment management system into SAP database
• Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices, and credit notes to our customers' account
• Posting payments and bank reconciliation in SAP
• Working closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region
• You are a problem solver who loves to investigate matters and find solutions
• You'll enjoy focusing on accuracy and attention to detail, working with lots of data, facts and figures
• You are able to work towards achievable goals in order to reach our targets and accomplish our work every day
• You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, supporting and helping one another along the way
• You are computer literate, and MS Excel will be really useful if you know your way around it already

As a Cash Coordinator, you will work within our European Credit department, helping to manage the payments process for our Wholesale/Business customers all across the EMEA Region.
