The Cash Budget Team Leader will be essential to our service delivery, development and play a key role in making sure we provide efficient and effective support services across Adult Care Services and to people who use Cash Budgets.
The Team is a ‘one stop shop’ for everything about cash budgets at Rochdale Council. They are responsible for the provision of specialist advice, guidance & signposting, support planning as well as the payment, monitoring & auditing of Cash Budgets.
The Cash Budget Team Leader will work closely with the 2 Assistant Team Leaders who are responsible for the day to day, operational business as usual work of the team, enabling them to take a lead on development, change, contract monitoring and quality assurance.
