A UK public service organization is seeking a motivated caseworker to undertake casework involving complaints about public services. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service, analytical skills, and an ability to write clearly. This is a fixed-term contract role that contributes significantly to societal betterment and public service improvement.
We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
As a caseworker you will be undertaking casework in a timely and proportionate way to our agreed internal and external standards.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Ideally, you will be able to successfully manage a varied workload, have excellent analytical skills, the ability to make evidenced-based decisions and show appropriate empathy whilst ensuring that you remain impartial. You must be able to write clearly and effectively.

This role is a fixed term contract up to 29th March 2019. The start date for the role will be week commencing 22nd October 2018.
