A higher education institution in Liverpool is seeking a Caseworker and Governance Administrator to provide administrative support for Governance and Legal Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in a busy office environment, and a strong customer-service approach. This is a permanent 27-hour-a-week role with a salary of £25,804 - £28,031, subject to probation.
We are seeking to appoint a Caseworker and Governance Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the University's Governance and Legal Services activities and ensure effective and efficient smooth running of systems including administration of the student disciplinary, fitness to study and complaints processes.
This is a 27 hour a week permanent contract. The hours are expected to be worked within core business hours between 8am and 5.30pm Mon to Fri, with the exact pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.
This post is permanent, subject to the 12-month probationary period.
