Salary: £30,500 + Good Benefits including Generous Pension

Our client, a governing body, is looking for a caseworker to join their team and undertake the preparatory work in respect of the body’s complex Fitness to Practise cases as well as provide administrative support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Opening new cases and drafting case plans
  • Gathering evidence
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Instructing Counsel and experts
  • Drafting witness statements and allegations
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Ensuring filing systems are updated

It is essential that you have at least 12 months’ administrative experience, ideally gained from another governing / regulatory body, and excellent customer services / service delivery skills. In addition, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
