Job summary

A recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Caseworker to manage support for eligible nationals. Job description

Job Title: Caseworker
Job Type: Contract
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: Daily - £207.94 Umbrella / £153.20 PAYE
Location: Whitehall (Inner London). Hybrid working available - 2-3 days per week on site, (as required for business needs)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

Role Information:
- To manage the process for supporting eligible nationals who supported the UK mission overseas within the last 20 years.
- Assisting with helping them settle into new surroundings with their families.
- Supporting a highly regulated industry and playing a key role by reporting directly into an important company figure

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Caseworker
- Experienced in making decision in line with with government policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in analysing complex information
- Comfortable working to strict policies and procedures
- Able to clearly communicate and be a confident decision maker
- Experience of working to deadlines and managing under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of data protection matters
