This role is funded as part of the Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance which The Olive Project is proud to be part of.

Purpose of the post:

• To provide support and advocacy to Black and Minoritized victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence within a culturally competent framework.
• To support statutory, voluntary and private sectors to develop their culturally competent practices and services.
