A leading organization seeks candidates for a vital role in supporting Afghan individuals in transitioning to the UK. This position requires analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, working under strict government policies while delivering on daily targets. A background in complex case handling is preferred, ensuring a compassionate approach to sensitive matters. The role involves onsite induction before transitioning to a hybrid work environment.

The client is a new organisation set up to manage the process for supporting eligible Afghans who supported the UK mission in Afghanistan over the past 20 years to come to the UK, and once here to be assisted to begin their new lives with their families. It is important and rewarding work, supporting one of Defence’s highest priorities and reports directly into the Permanent Secretary.
