We have an exciting opportunity for a Children and Young Persons Domestic Abuse Caseworker to join the Dorset team, working 26.25 hours per week.

About The Role

As a Caseworker, you will deliver a specialist enhanced service to all young victims of crime. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering support to young victims of crime using appropriate service guidance and policy framework.
  • Developing and enhancing local key stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintaining and improving service delivery standards and effectiveness.

Alongside supporting all young victims of crime, the service delivery model for young victims has three further aims:

  • To reduce the risk factors around the young person
  • To increase protective factors around the young person
  • Increase the young person's resilience levels

In addition to these core duties, the Caseworker will also be expected to assist with work with other crime-types.
