A regulatory body in healthcare is seeking a Casework Manager to lead their Fitness to Practise team. This role involves mentoring caseworkers, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving team performance. Location: Birmingham/Hybrid (minimum 2 days in our Birmingham office)

We currently have a great opportunity for a Casework Manager within our Fitness to Practise team. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the management and mentoring of individual caseworkers and a casework team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that corporate governance is maintained, particularly in relation to data governance, together with assisting in the response to corporate complaints. You will be required to comply with audit requirements and ensure any errors are responded to expeditiously with results fed back to individual team members.
Candidates will have the ability to lead a team to meet both individual and group productivity targets. They will need to actively support their team to develop their competence and skillset whilst serving as a role model and mentor and inspiring the team to attain goals and pursue excellence. The successful candidate will be able to drive change whilst maintaining operational performance.
