Job summary

TN Recruits is seeking a Case Worker for Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence in Sandwich, Kent. The role is part-time (25 hours/week), with a pay rate of £15.50-£19.50 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus.

Onsite parking, gym and progressive training opportunities are available as part of a small, supportive team. You'll build cases from start to finish, collate medical records, and ensure large volumes of information are well organised.

Qualifications

• Must be highly accurate, well-organised and able to handle detailed information.
• Excellent spelling and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to case-work processes.

Responsibilities

• Collate and organise medical records and other case data.
• Sort and scan records into appropriate sections for quick reference.
• Create indexes and paginate documentation for bundles.
• Prepare clear, navigable case bundles for review.
• Arrange medical information chronologically.
• Identify information relevant to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters.
• Assist with reports outlining strengths and weaknesses of cases.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
