Job summary

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Case Worker in the Children with Disabilities Team. The role involves building positive relationships, reviewing care plans, and delivering care management to promote independence and personal outcomes, within statutory timescales.

You will work with families, colleagues, and partner professionals, under supervision, and may supervise family time between children and their parents.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children) or Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be working toward a QCF Level 3 within 2 years.
• Ability to comply with policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
• Experience supporting adults or children with disabilities.
• Full UK Category B driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.
