(Part time 22.5 Hours a week – Wed Thurs Friday)

We are looking for and enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

In the role of Case Service Officer in parking you will be doing:
The activity is parking enforcement dealing with the processing and handling of -Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Appeals, which includes
-Cancel PCN responses
-processing and answering emails & written appeals received
-Decision making and sending informal & formal appeal responses.
-contacting customers by telephone if required
-managing the workflow & carry out daily tasks in the Imperial PCN end-to-end processing system.
-enforcement agency warrants management
-processing batches for the Traffic Enforcement Centre & enforcement agencies.
-Following the appeal process within the Traffic Management Act & other relevant legislation.
Here is what you will get up to:
-Consider & decide on PCN informal & formal appeals within a framework & set process
-Daily email responses to members of the public, other colleagues and Councillors
-Gain an understanding of the Parking Enforcement Team work area & deal with the PCN process
-Meeting customers face to face when required
Working pattern:
-22.5 hours a week
-Part time over three days confirmed as Wednesday Thursday and Friday
-We are a hybrid working team, some days in the office and some at home. Training will occur in the office.
-It is a permanent contract.

-Essential Requirement Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners & colleagues.
-Qualifications
Due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check as part of their pre-employment clearances.
