An established industry player is seeking a dedicated qualified social worker to join their Legal Case Progression Team. This role offers the opportunity to drive forward case progress, ensuring high-quality legal interventions for children and families. We are excited to invite the right person to join Northamptonshire Children's Service as part of our Legal Case Progression Team. You will work 2 days a week alongside the part-time post holder, and together be responsible for driving forward case progress where legal intervention is required. To succeed, you must be an experienced, qualified social worker with expert knowledge in childcare legislation, court work, and the ability to quality assure work to a high standard.
You will be responsible for maintaining our legal trackers and providing support, guidance, and constructive challenge across the Trust. You will also collaborate with the judiciary and other stakeholders to improve the quality and timeliness of legal proceedings.
