About the role

Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact? As a Case Officer in our Appointeeship & Deputyship Team, you'll indirectly support vulnerable adults who lack the mental capacity to manage their own finances. You'll safeguard their financial wellbeing, helping them stay independent by:

  • Managing day‑to‑day finances, from paying bills to selling property.
  • Acting as a Corporate Appointee, ensuring clients receive their full benefit entitlements.
  • Liaising with external organisations like utility providers and other local authorities.
  • Submitting detailed financial reports to the Office of the Public Guardian.

This is a role where no two days are the same, and your work will truly matter. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
