A specialised lender that provides swift, competitive bridging loans, based near Manchester, requires an Experienced Hybrid Case Manager to join its vibrant and successful team.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years relevant experience within finance. This is a permanent full-time position with an excellent remuneration package.

Case Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse creditworthiness.
• Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission.
• Prepare offer documentation and ensure all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process.
• Handle broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations.
• Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Risk, and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors, and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process.
• Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the finance sector.
