Job summary

Settlement Agreement Solicitors seeks a Case Manager to own client cases from enquiry to completion, providing administrative and legal support with a warm, client-focused approach. You will manage high-volume interactions with clients facing redundancy or disputes, ensuring timely, accurate case progression and a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client care or case handling is essential.
• Experience as case handler, claims handler, legal administrator or paralegal fits well.
• Warmth, attention to detail and commitment to client service are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new enquiries quickly and warmly, guiding new clients through onboarding.
• Manage caseload from enquiry to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and verify case information so solicitors can advise within 24-hour service standard.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, employers and HR to keep everyone updated.
• Keep the case management system accurate at every stage.
• Spot problems early and escalate when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and aim for 5-star reviews.
• Office-based work and collaboration with colleagues across the firm.
