The role involves managing post-funding cases from funding to redemption, ensuring completion according to the original terms by implementing necessary account management and redemption strategies.

1. Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
2. Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
3. Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
4. Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
5. Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and chase clients for payment or compliance.
6. Prepare redemption statements.
7. Manage further advances or extensions as needed.
8. Build relationships with key partners and investors.
9. Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
10. Review and challenge documentation effectively.
11. Work well in a team and independently.
12. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
13. Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
14. Background in financial services.
15. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
16. Strong communication skills at all levels.
17. Numeracy skills.
