Qualifications

• Expérience dans la gestion de prêts immobiliers de premier et deuxième rang.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les cas après financement jusqu'à la reprise.
• Surveiller les jalons et conditions pendant la durée du prêt.
• Préparer des déclarations de remboursement.

Case Manager

Bridging Finance

We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, with a very exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.

To manage post cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring they complete with the original terms by implementing necessary account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage clients and brokers daily via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose remediation plans
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Manage relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators regularly
• Handle breaches or non-compliance of loan terms and chase clients for payment or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Handle further advances or extensions as needed
• Build relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Ability to review and challenge documentation
• Work well in a team and independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Background in financial services
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Numeracy skills
• Understanding of GDPR and legislative requirements
