Job Description:

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance within the Bridging Finance industry. The role involves managing post-approval cases from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

  1. Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
  2. Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email, addressing issues and proposing solutions.
  3. Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary.
  4. Maintain regular contact with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
  5. Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and follow up on payments or compliance.
  6. Prepare redemption statements and manage further advances or extensions.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
  8. Possess knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
  9. Review and challenge documentation effectively.
  10. Work well both independently and as part of a team.
  11. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  12. Understand the conveyancing process and have a background in financial services.
  13. Proficient in Excel and numeracy skills.
  14. Awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements.
